Inspired by those too cute unazukin (of which I have yet to obtain). This is just to give you a little taste of what I have planned; little matryoshka amigurumi. As you can see, it still needs some tweaking. This little one is a prototype; I used felt for all the details and I may use rickrack in the future. I plan to make one in red, yellow, green and blue (and probably blue and pink, but I don't have the rickrack!). Also, I'll have to work on getting the face just right because you can kinda see the thread for her smile... but I think they're going to turn out really cute!
I was also scoping out blythe dolls, not really for myself but so that I can make amigurumi mini toys and hats and have a model. Whooo, they are expensive! I'll have to think more on it... I've had so many requests for bythe/ pullip and lati amigurumi it may be worth it!
So cute! Those dolls will be fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThere is a huge market for Blythe/Pullip accessories. I think you should go for it! My daughter actually has a couple Pullip dolls and I have been considering purchasing some accessories for her dolls as a Christmas gift. So my push for you to go for it is a bit selfish :) There really is a market for it though.
Hmm, I think it may be a good idea; I'll have to investigate more! Thanks for the encouragement (I don't think it's selfish :)
ReplyDeleteThese are so sweet! Can't wait to see the finished product!
